Medicare Rebate

Physiotherapy services are available under Medicare. However, these will need to be organised by your General Practitioner (Doctor) under the Chronic Disease Management (previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care or EPC) plan. Up to 5 sessions are able to be allocated per calendar year for those eligible. There will be a small gap payment. See Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

As part of the services, we will be communicating with your doctor at the start and conclusion of the allocated visit to ensure treatment follows your overall treatment plan. Simply bring your referral form to your first physiotherapy session.

Ask your doctor at your next visit about how a referral to a physiotherapist can help manage your pain and strengthen you for recovery.

Motor Vehicle Accidents (under Compulsory Third Party Insurance)

If you have been in a car accident and require physiotherapy treatment with your recovery, we are able to help. A Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claim will need to be lodged, following a review by your Doctor to rule out any medical emergencies. When your claim has been approved, please provide us with your claim number.
